The corresponding cut-off ≥10 GAD-7 raw score resulted in 11.4% (95%-CI  = 7.8; 15.0) and 17.4% (95%-CI  = 14.6; 20.2) Ghanaian and Ivorian pregnant women, respectively, with scores suggestive of a generalized anxiety disorder according to DSM-IV. This evidence concerns the gene GAD1 and generalized anxiety disorder.
