After supplementation, the prevalence of elevated FGF23 was 16% (P=0.1), the prevalence of anaemia had decreased to 62% (P=0.0005), there were no subjects with low Ferr (P≤0.0001) and the frequency of subjects with CRP ≥ 5 mg/dL did not significantly change (P=1.0).
