[116] the methylation frequency was 26 % for DAPK, 34 % for FHIT, 26 % for H-cadherin, 14 % for MGMT, 8 % for p14, 27 % for p16, 38 % for RAR-beta, 42 % for RASSF1A, 25 % for RUNX3, and 12 % for TIMP-3. Hypermethylation of RASSF1 and DAPK1 was found to be 100 % specific and together identified 39 % of NSCLC tissues. Here, DAPK1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
