In contrast to effects on isotype-control-treated mice, anti-CD90 substantially reduced the number of CD90+ cells and the number of IL-17A-producing cells in TRUC mice (Figure 1D; Figure S1A available online) and ameliorated disease, including significantly improving colitis scores (Figure 1E), reduced colon mass, and reduced spleen mass (Figure S1B).
