WNT7A is a known tumor suppressor gene of non-small cell lung carcinomas (NSCLC) [20]–[22] and is frequently inactivated due to CpG-island hypermethylation in such human cancers as lung [19], [23], [24], pancreatic [25] and oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCC) [26]. The gene discussed is WNT7A; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
