Similarly, the overall survival was significantly shorter in patients with high GOLPH3 expression in both the T1+T2 subgroup (n = 54, P<0.0001; Figure 3C) and the T3+T4 subgroup (n = 101, P<0.0001; Figure 3D), or in lymph node metastasis negative (n = 78, P = 0.003; Figure 3E) and positive patients (n = 77, P<0.0001; Figure 3F). This evidence concerns the gene GOLPH3 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
