GOLPH3 and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: Individuals with high GOLPH3 expression had significantly shorter overall survival than those with low expression in both the stage I+II subgroup (n = 87, P<0.0001; Figure 3A) and the stage III+IV subgroup (n = 68, P = 0.001; Figure 3B), indicating that GOLPH3 could be a valuable prognostic marker for ESCC in all disease stages.
