CD4 and Parkinson disease: Nonparametric ANOVA indicated differences among groups with respect to the percentages of CD45RO+, α4β7+, and FAS+CD4+ T cells (Fig. 2a-c), and Dunn’s adjustment for multiple comparisons demonstrated that the significant differences occurred between caregivers and PD patients with a UPDRS-III score ≥31 with respect to the percentages of CD45RO+ and α4β7+ CD4+ T cells.
