TP53 and lymphoma: Even including these three studies [16], [33], [36], the significant association was still found between p53 Arg72Pro polymorphism and increased risk of all lymphoma (2,845 cases and 4,306 controls) (Arg/Pro vs. Arg/Arg: OR = 1.12, 95%CI: 1.01–1.25), and between p53 Arg72Pro polymorphism and increased risk of NHL (2,547 cases and 4,306 controls) (Arg/Pro vs. Arg/Arg: OR = 1.11, 95%CI: 0.99–1.24) (Data not shown).
