Seven genes showed partial de-methylation in the tumor tissues including: MAGEB2, CrispLD2, PPP1R14A, SOX30, DEAD, KBGP, COX8C. Of these seven genes, all but SOX30, had shown to be statistically significant demethylated in tumors compared to normal mucosa samples (Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene MAGEB2 and neoplasm.
