The high expression of neurotrophic Bdnf may account for the less disease pathology of the posterior cerebrum in Huntington’s disease [25], despite the high expression of Htt (Figure 5C).Our analysis revealed a statistically significant expression variances of the disease related genes comparable to the differential vulnerability, presuming biological significances of their combinatorial expression in the characteristic pathology. The gene discussed is HTT; the disease is juvenile Huntington disease.
