After univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses, four markers (BRG1, CTHRC1, Cul1 and ING4) with 91.2% sensitivity and 85.9% specificity, and five markers (Bim, BRG1, BRMS1, Cul1 and ING4) with 93.4% sensitivity and 86.1% specificity were obtained for distinguishing primary and metastatic melanoma from dysplastic nevi using ROC analysis, respectively.
