The obese CAD patients with a waist circumference greater than the cut-off values (cut-off points of waist circumference for cardiovascular disease risk were 87 cm for men and 83 cm for women) had increased levels of C:18:4n-3, CD68, 11β-HSD-1 and GCR in MAT (p < 0.05, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CD68 and coronary artery disorder.
