ERBB2 and breast cancer: Interestingly, proliferation of breast cancer cells with other from other subtypes, T47D (ER+, PR+, Her2- (Figure 5C), SK-Br3(ER−, PR−, Her2+) (Figure 5D), or MCF-7(ER+, PR+, Her2−) (Figure 5E) was not inhibited by FH535 under our experimental conditions (Figure 5B).
