Interestingly however, in spite of the fact that RhoG only partially contributes to HGF-induced Rac1 activation, the inhibitory effect of depleting RhoG on glioblastoma cell invasion is as large as that of depleting Rac1, indicating that RhoG regulates glioblastoma cell invasion in both Rac1-dependent and Rac1-independent ways. This evidence concerns the gene RHOG and glioblastoma.
