On this line of thought, several terms associated with neurological disorders were significant in the Dicer mutant mice, including Huntington's disease (P = 2.04e–9), Alzheimer's disease (P = 4.54e–3) and Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (P = 1.47e–4), all ranking in the top fifteen of genetic disorders.
