PRMT5 and prostate intraepithelial neoplasia: To evaluate p44 and PRMT5 nuclear and cytoplasmic subcellular localization in areas of benign, premalignant (prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia [PIN]), and cancer tissues, we performed immunohistochemical staining for p44 and PRMT5 in 19 samples derived from patients with prostate cancer.
