Clinical radioimmunotherapy using an 90Y-labeled anti-CD22 mAb or an 131I-labeled anti-CD20 mAb has been shown to yield high rates of overall responses and durable complete responses in relapsed/refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, when given as 2 injections separated by 2 and 8 weeks, respectively [21], [22]. The gene discussed is CD22; the disease is non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
