Consistent with previous reports, there was progressive conversion of full-length golgin-84 into two cleavage products of ∼78 and ∼65 kDa beginning at 18 hours post infection (hpi) (Figure 1A, top panel), and most of the full-length protein in the extracts was cleaved by 36 hpi [16]–[17].
