It was reported that miR-26a, miR-98, miR-101, miR-124, miR-138 and miR-214 were involved in the regulation of EZH2 expression in some human tumors such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, glioblastoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and neuroblastoma [21-26]. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and glioblastoma.
