CD4 and neoplasm: In contrast, the average CD4+ count of the 12 patients with well differentiated tumor cells did not differ significantly from the combined ten patients with moderately and poorly differentiated tumor cells (mean CD4+ count 318 ± 148.0, 95% CI 224.8-412.9 versus 310.6 ± 132.8, 95%CI 215.6-405.6; p = 0.893 respectively).
