Similarly, two-way ANOVA revealed that the serum concentrations of Th1 cytokine, IL-2 and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) were significantly affected by the depletion of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells (F1, 39 = 6.53, p = 0.0146 and F1, 39 = 12.47, p = 0.0011), but there were no significant interaction between CD4+CD25+ Treg cells depletion and CIS (IL-2; F1, 39 = 2.41, p = 0.1290 and IFN-γ; F1, 39 = 1.98, p = 0.1677) and a significant effect of CIS was observed (IL-2; F1, 39 = 2.41, p = 0.1290 and IFN-γ; F1, 39 = 2.03, p = 0.1626). This evidence concerns the gene IL2 and in situ carcinoma.
