In this study, we addressed the issue of which disease-specific characteristics, as well as biologic parameters, could be predictive factors of response to the BCDT in still active RA patients, in a cohort of patients all seropositive for at least one autoantibody (RF-IgG, IgA, or IgM, or ACPA-IgG, IgA or IgM or antibodies directed against a mutated citrullinated vimentin-anti-MCV). This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and rheumatoid arthritis.
