Genes including Wnt 4 and 5a, beta-catenin, LEF1, and RhoA in Wnt-signaling pathways showed significantly lower expression and DKK1, a Wnt signal inhibitor showed strong expression in both sarcomas, while those in Hedgehog pathways showed higher expression in both sarcomas, especially Gli1 (Figure 6, Table 2).
