CYP1A1 and acute myeloid leukemia: For the overall data containing 1330 cases and 3688 controls, the pooled ORs for the allelic contrast, homozygote comparison and dominant model were 1.13 (95%CI = 0.87-1.48), 1.72 (95%CI = 0.99-3.01) and 1.16 (95%CI = 0.86-1.55), respectively, indicating that CYP1A1 MspI polymorphism might not have a correlation with AML risk (Figure2).
