In this study, we cultured peritoneal macrophages from C3H/HeN mice and analyzed the concentrations of cytokines TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-10, IL-6 and IL-1β in the supernatant after treatment with vibrio cholera endotoxin to show the important role of the TLR4 signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of uveitis in vitro, which can provide new ideas of blocking the upper way in the treatment of uveitis. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and uveitis.
