We observed that untreated tumor-bearing mice (group T) presented an increase in the numbers of mature dendritic cells (CD11c+CD86+ and CD11c+MHCII+, p < 0.05 and p < 0.01, respectively) and CD4+CD25+ cells (p < 0.01), accompanied by a reduction of total CD4+ and CD8+ cells (p < 0.001) when compared to control healthy mice (group N). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and neoplasm.
