When murine colorectal cancer cell line, Col26 was subcutaneously injected into WT mice, the proportions of both DC-SIGN+Sirpα+ and total Sirpα+ cDCs were significantly increased among thymic CD11chigh cDC population at 14 days after tumor inoculation (Fig. 4A) and were accumulated in the IVRs in tumor-bearing mice (Fig. 4B) with a marked increase in serum CCL2 (Fig. S6B). This evidence concerns the gene CD209 and colorectal cancer.
