CHI3L1 and coronary stenosis: This sub-analysis revealed that serum YKL-40 levels were higher in patients with coronary artery stenosis than patients with no evidence of stenosis, and were further increased in patients with stenosis ≥ 50 % (96.7 ± 73.0 vs. 133.5 ± 81.9 vs. 171.3 ± 94.7 ng/mL, p = 0.017).
