Next we determined if 14-3-3ζ-Rac1 cooperation is necessary for the transendothelial migration as well as directional migration of PC3 cells in response to EGF on various ECM proteins that are abundant in tissues harboring prostate cancer cells during the different stages of tumor growth, invasion, transendothelial migration and metastasis to tissues such as bone.
