In anaplasticlarge-cell lymphoma, TPM3 is involved in hematopoietic tumorigenesis by formingTPM3-ALK (anaplastic lymphoma kinase) fusion through chromosome(1;2) translocation [35].TPM3-ALK fusion gene is further investigated to be involvedin transformation, proliferation, invasion and metastasis in anaplastic large-celllymphoma [36].Notably, chromosomal gain at 1q, 8q and 17q are frequently detected in HCC [25]. This evidence concerns the gene TPM3 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
