TP53 and gastric neuroendocrine neoplasm: Furthermore, AMACR was more often positive than p53 (90 vs 67 %) in NEC, and furthermore, AMACR was expressed in 67 % of NET G2, suggesting that AMACR may better discriminate between grade 1 and 2 gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (i.e. not only between NEC and NET, but also between NET G1 and NET G2).
