TP53 status-positivity was associated with improved response in breast cancer patients who received anthracycline-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy (total OR: RR = 1.18, 95% CI = 1.04–1.33, p = 0.010, Figure S4; pathological OR: RR = 1.33, 95% CI = 1.19–1.62, p = 0.005; total CR: RR = 1.33, 95% CI = 1.15–1.54, p<0.001; pathological CR: RR = 1.45, 95% CI = 1.24–1.69, p<0.001). Here, TP53 is linked to breast cancer.
