Primary B-cells, B-cell lymphoid neoplasms and human chronic lymphatic leukemia (CLL) are reported to have a low in vitro mitotic activity, but the proliferation can be stimulated by incubation with the DSP30 CpG-oligonucleotide and IL-2 (Decker et al., 2000; Haferlach et al., 2007; Struski et al., 2009; Reimann-Berg et al., 2011). This evidence concerns the gene IL2 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
