The result also showed that high expression of FoxQ1 correlated with a loss of E-cad expression (χ2 = 6.308, P = 0.012), and anomalous positivity of VIM (χ2 = 1.396, P = 0.024) and S100A4 (χ2 = 8.374, P = 0.004) in clinical NSCLC samples. Here, FOXQ1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
