The term Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) denotes the presence of a monoclonal protein (M-Protein) in plasma or urine without evidence of multiple myeloma (MM), Waldenström’s macroglobulinaemia (WM), amyloidosis, or B cell related disorders[3].
