In general, all virus infection should induce neutralizing antibodies, as for bunyavirus infection, it has been largely evidenced that almost all of neutralizing polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies are viral glycoprotein Gn or Gc specific [19], [20], but not for N protein specific antibodies, even the antibodies to some strong immunogenic N protein epitopes had no neutralizing activity [5], [21].
