HMMR and acute myeloid leukemia: In another AML patient (Figure 4), RHAMM-specific CD8+ T cells were detected by flow cytometry which certainly constituted a distinct subpopulation of RHAMM-specific CD8+ T cells (Figures 4(f) and 4(j)), as proven by a number of negative controls (Figures 4(c)–4(e) and 4(g)–4(i)) including RHAMM-tetramer stained CD8+ cells which were not stimulated by any peptide (Figures 4(e) and 4(i)).
