GFR < 45 ml/min/1.73 m2, age ≥ 61 years, CVD, diabetes, CRP ≥ 5 mg/L, Hb ≤ 110 g/L, p-albumin ≤ 35 g/L and overweight were all associated to impaired HRQoL, indicating that HRQoL related to renal function level, as well as to other conditions associated to CKD, like inflammation and CVD. Here, CRP is linked to diabetes mellitus.
