To further examine the regulation of the immunophilin co-chaperones by NPM-ALK, we treated ALK+ ALCL cell lines with the ALK inhibitor, Crizotinib, which has been shown to be useful in treating patients with ALK+ ALCL [53] and EML4-ALK+ NSCLC [7,54,55]. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
