There was a significant (p<0.001) increase in the wound healing in EZH2-transfected HPASMCs when compared to GFP-transfected controls (Fig. 4B) indicating that EZH2 not only enhances proliferation but also increases its migratory potential thus contributing to the pathogenesis of PAH.
