Based on the results obtained in this study, it can be concluded that the modifiedAd5/35F-IL2 adenovirus obtained can be used as a vector for efficient delivery ofthe human interleukin-2 gene and for its application in the genetic therapy ofdifferent types of leukemia, as well as in the design of genetically engineeredvaccines capable of efficiently delivering the antigen genes of different pathogensdirectly to the immunocompetent cells, including dendritic cells, which areprofessional antigen-presenting cells [19].
