The results obtained attest to the fact that the PKC and CCNB1 genes are the most efficient targets for gene-targeted action on SK-N-MCneuroblastoma cells and CCNB1 breast cancer cells, respectively. In SK-N-MC cells, the antiproliferative effect of silencing theCCNB1 and PKC genes is considerably higherthan that conditioned by siHer ( Table1 ). The gene discussed is PRRT2; the disease is breast cancer.
