Given the putative involvement of NNAT with the embryological development of the CNS, as well as reports of its association with more aggressive phenotypes in medulloblastoma [5]–[7], we sought to confirm the proteomic finding of upregulated NNAT in GBM TSCs and to establish its utility as a prognostic biomarker in GBM patients. Here, NNAT is linked to glioblastoma.
