We found the highest CKS1B transcript levels in multiple myeloma, and CKS1B was also highly expressed in Burkitt lymphoma, diffuse large B cell lymphoma, but not in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a lymphoid disorder with a usually indolent clinical course and low proliferative activity, at least in the peripheral blood (Figure S1). Here, CKS1B is linked to AL amyloidosis.
