Nonetheless, due to the inherent variability in mammary tumors in this mouse model [47], evidence that other treatments with antiangiogenic actions inhibit tumor growth in neu mice [45, 48] and, unlike noni, that antiangiogenic pharmaceuticals are associated with a myriad of side effects [46], further investigation on the possible angiogenic inhibitory actions of noni for suppressing breast tumor growth may be justified. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast neoplasm.
