Here, we evaluated the expression status of PITX2 in ovarian cancer samples (n = 97), normal ovaries (n = 54), normal ovarian cell lines including two HOSEs (HOSE 10-2 and HOSE 17-1) and one immortalized human oviductal epithelial cell line (OE-E6/E7) by Q-PCR. This evidence concerns the gene PITX2 and ovarian carcinoma.
