Through literature search and selection, a total of 22 publications [20], [21], [22], [23], [24], [25], [26], [27], [28], [29], [30], [31], [32], [33], [34], [35], [36], [37], [38], [39], [40], [41] including 6157 cases and 8198 controls comparing the CCND1 G870A polymorphism and colorectal cancer susceptibility were identified based on MOOSE (Meta-analysis Of Observational Studies in Epidemiology) guidelines [42]. This evidence concerns the gene CCND1 and colorectal cancer.
