CDC6 and infection: Similar to removal of Cdt1, removal of Cdc6 during infection (figure 6) also resulted in increased viral DNA replication (figure 6A) with a concomitant increase in IE72 expression at 24 h post-infection (figure 6B and statistical analysis shown in figure S1A) and, consistent with an increase in viral DNA replication, increased pp28 expression at 96 h post-infection (figure 6C).
