TP53 and neoplasm: Chen and Zhong (2011) reported the inhibition of tumor invasion and metastais by ganoderic acid T, a lanostane triterpenoid G. lucidum. Ganoderic acid T promoted cell aggregation, inhibited cell adhesion, and surpressed cell migration with a dose-dependent manner in human colon tumor cell lines of HCT-116 p53+/+ and p53−/−.
