In a univariate analysis that included estrogen receptor status, tumor grade, nodal status, patient age, as well as the TOP2A/β-tubulin combination index score, only estrogen receptor status (AUC: 0.68, p < 0.001), tumor grade (AUC: 0.69, p < 0.001) and the combination index score (Range [−5.829, 7.120], AUC: 0.76, p < 0.001) were found to be statistically significantly related to tumor response, whereas age and nodal status were not (Table 1).
